‘Emergency Services Ireland’ is delighted to announce our media partnership with The Emergency Services & Military Expo 2026 which takes place on 19 March at the RDS, Dublin, and later in the year on 10 September at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Athlone.

The Emergency Services & Military Expo is Ireland’s sole event specifically designed to support and guide emergency services and military personnel looking to advance within their current roles, discover new opportunities following retirement, or seeking out new careers.

Since its inception in April 2024, the Expo has become an invaluable resource for everyone within the emergency and military services as they navigate their next career steps, according to Stephen Moore, who founded Out of the Blue Training & Employment Services in late 2023.

The former Garda has 20 years of experience working in An Garda Síochána, where he trained over 2,000 Gardaí on interview techniques. The Expo in the RDS in March will be the fifth event to be rolled out by Stephen and the ‘Out of the Blue Training & Employment Services’ team.

It will feature a range of keynote speakers and panel discussions, covering topics such as fitness and health, upskilling opportunities, coaching, transitioning from service and essential financial advice and services information.

A dedicated Q&A session will also provide a platform for interaction with both serving and retired members, alongside industry leaders and educational institutions.

‘The Emergency Services & Military Expo’ – It’s not just about what you have done; It’s about what you can become!

‘The Emergency Services & Military Expo 2026’ will bring together serving and former members of An Garda Síochána, the Defence Forces and Reserve, Fire and Emergency Services, Prison Service, Coast Guard, ambulance and medical services – and the organisations that support them.

The Dublin Expo in the RDS will include:

  • Technology and equipment
  • Coaching section for one-to-one advice
  • Networking opportunities
  • Service experts and industry leaders
  • Upskilling and training options
  • Financial advice from the experts
